My macaron resepi



Kalau sebut pasal macaron ada 2 jenis method yg boleh digunakan untuk buat macaron. Samada French method atau Italian method. Tapi sy lebih suka menggunakan kaedah French sbb mudah dah senang. Resepi macaron sy menggunakan sukatan seperti berikut:

  • 40gm ground almond
  • 70 gm gula icing
  • 40gm  telur putih
  • 33 gm gula castor
Untuk lain2 sukatan boleh google jer yer. Terdapat banyak resepi dan sukatan ikut selera masing2. Hari ini macaron yg sy nak share adalah Blueberry Cream Cheese Macaron. Manis? Pasti manis..kalau tak manis bukan macaron namanya.
